Rachel’s expertise in managing teams and nurturing high performers matches her deep understanding of business needs across various levels. Having spent most of her career in the London market, she’s worked with clients to find remarkable people for roles ranging from mid-level management to C-suite executives.

Rachel’s career in recruitment is marked by her successful launch of an HR desk in previous firms, showcasing her strong grasp of the recruitment process, its challenges, and opportunities. A seasoned recruiter from London, Rachel has recently relocated to the North West, returning to her roots in North Wales. This lifestyle shift has yet to dampen her ambition; she’s taken on the exciting challenge of building the HR provision for Certain Advantage.

For Rachel, her work is not just a job but a passion. Like most recruiters, she fell into the industry, having previously worked in IT. She’s stayed in recruitment for over 20 years as it suits her passion for finding solutions and the joy of helping someone secure their dream job.
She takes immense pride in supporting candidates through career transitions, celebrating their successes and watching them flourish on their chosen career paths.

Beyond her professional life, Rachel is dedicated to the ongoing renovation of her pride and joy, a Grade 2 listed property in Wales. She welcomes conversations about all things related to home restoration!
