Ashlene’s journey in recruitment started at HRC Recruitment, where her innate people skills and problem-solving abilities were instrumental in her success. Once upon a time, Ashlene was a professional dancer—touring the world as a professional dancer. She fondly remembers performances in her favourite cities, Vancouver and Buenos Aires. These days, Ashlene focuses more on time with her family and friends but relishes dancing socially with no competition pressure.
