Paul joined Certain Advantage in 2024 with almost 25 years recruitment experience in the North West.
After starting his career in commercial and project management roles in the construction industry, Paul joined the Michael Page Group in 2000 to work as part of a team to grow a new North West offering. After 7 years in this role, Paul and a colleague successfully established a boutique recruitment consultancy delivering finance, HR and commercial recruitment from the North West to clients across the UK. After 17 years with that business Paul moved to provide consulting to a range of recruitment clients.
Overseeing our fully inclusive recruitment service (AKA 360 recruitment), Paul will work closely with the wider management team to grow our recruitment offering in Professional Services.
Paul’s infectious drive to deliver consistently great experience for clients and candidates is obvious to everyone he works with – and he instils it across his team with great enthusiasm.
Outside work, Paul’s lives locally and has 2 (nearly) grown up children. He’s Manchester born and bred, and his musical taste reflects his roots!
Hobby wise, Paul’s got a full list – rugby, woodcarving, and pub quizzing. Genuinely a man of great knowledge and many talents.
