Michael joined us in early 2024 as Associate Director of Client Services. His role is to develop our new business – from working with the commercial team on our service offering, to working with our central services to ensure that our excellent customer service levels never waiver.
He’s no stranger to recruitment, having worked as a recruiter for several years at the start of his career. However, after a few years of placing talent, he took a side-ways step into business development, maintaining that customer services focus but with more input to business strategy and customer experience improvement.
As an experienced Account Director, Michael understands business challenges and works with HR experts to create practical solutions. He loves nothing more than getting under the skin of a business, understanding how they work and working with people to develop plans that lead to trackable improvements.
Boasting the biggest LinkedIn network of everyone here at Certain Advantage, he’s the go-to person if you need a recommendation for anything business-related in the North West. And, having moved to West Yorkshire recently, we can only expect that reach to widen.
