Job Title: Senior Finance Manager (Contract 12mth+)
Location: Glasgow (full-time office)
Salary: £60,000+ DOE

Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the finance function, driving accuracy, control, and compliance across all activities
- Lead the finance team, fostering capability and ensuring smooth delivery of all financial operations
- Produce clear, actionable management information to support strategic decision-making and operational planning
- Oversee month-end and year-end processes, ensuring the integrity of financial records and readiness for external review
- Partner with senior leadership to provide insight, guidance, and support for key business decisions
- Maintain robust financial controls and ensure all records and reporting meet internal and regulatory standards
- Manage finance-related obligations, including payroll, tax, and statutory submissions
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and reporting efficiency
Who We’re Looking For
- Fully qualified accountant (CA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery
- Able to operate autonomously while keeping senior leaders closely aligned
- Confident leader with strong stakeholder presence
