Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing annual statutory accounts for a portfolio of clients across various sectors
- Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
- Supervising and mentoring junior staff, reviewing their work and supporting their development
- Assisting with client queries and providing business advice where appropriate
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Liaising with HMRC and other relevant bodies as needed
- Part-qualified or fully qualified with a minimum 3 years’ experience in a practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage deadlines effectively
- A team player with a commitment to providing excellent client service
