Location: North Lanarkshire

We’ve been exclusively retained by a fast-growing, forward-thinking organisation to identify and appoint a Quality Manager who will be instrumental in strengthening the company’s quality and compliance framework during a period of strategic expansion.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a quality professional who is ready to step into a role with high visibility, broad responsibility, and the scope to make a lasting impact on business operations and regulatory readiness.

Reporting to senior leadership, the Quality Manager will take ownership of the Quality Management System (QMS) and lead its evolution in line with industry best practices and compliance expectations. A key focus will be the transition from manual processes to a fully digital QMS, as well as embedding a strong quality culture across all levels of the organisation.

Ideal for someone experienced in regulated environments, this role offers the chance to shape the direction of quality within a business that values continuous improvement, operational discipline, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • QMS Ownership & Development
Lead the maintenance, enhancement, and digital transformation of the QMS to ensure it remains fit for purpose and future-ready.
  • Policy, Process & Training
Review and update SOPs and quality documentation. Deliver or coordinate training initiatives to ensure staff engagement with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Issue Management & Continuous Improvement
Drive the investigation and resolution of non-conformances. Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) and identify broader opportunities for process improvement.
  • Audit Preparation & Regulatory Alignment
Lead preparations for internal and external audits, ensuring documentation, systems, and practices are aligned with relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with operational teams and senior stakeholders to embed a consistent and proactive approach to quality throughout the business.

We’re seeking a high-calibre individual who brings:
  • Solid experience in a Quality Management role within a regulated or standards-driven industry.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality assurance frameworks.
  • Experience in the implementation or management of digital QMS platforms.
  • A track record of leading audits, managing CAPAs, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work across teams and functions.
  • High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset.

What’s on Offer
  • A key leadership role with strategic influence.
  • The opportunity to lead meaningful change within a growing and ambitious organisation.
  • A business culture that supports initiative, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • A competitive salary and benefits package reflective of experience and capability.
