Supply Chain Delivery Analyst
Certain Advantage are recruiting on behalf of a globally recognised automotive client for a Supply Chain Analyst based in Sutton Coldfield. This is a contract position working inside IR35 to start ASAP initially until 26/05/2026.
You’ll be joining a team within our client’s Supply Chain division that supports the development of new and existing markets through the construction of global supply chain networks, supplying products for vehicles built in the UK and overseas.
This role is primarily responsible for supporting the delivery of new vehicle programme launches across the global business, supplying parts for pre-production builds.

You’ll be joining a team within our client’s Supply Chain division that supports the development of new and existing markets through the construction of global supply chain networks, supplying products for vehicles built in the UK and overseas.
This role is primarily responsible for supporting the delivery of new vehicle programme launches across the global business, supplying parts for pre-production builds.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end supply of component parts to support new vehicle programme pre-production builds in manufacturing facilities both in the UK and overseas.
- Understanding customer requirements
- Customer quotations
- Raising orders
- Supporting the Release & Follow up team
- Work with the customer and our logistics partner Syncreon to manage outbound shipments
- Manage stakeholders across all key internal functions: Supply Chain Management, Import/Exports Operations, Account Management, Finance plus external departments including customer programme teams, Plant MP&L and 3PLs to ensure material and programme requirements are fulfilled on time in full.
- Track and monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers
- Undertake any other work as directed by the line manager in connection with their job as may be requested
- Preference for previous experience in supply chain planning and logistics with some systems experience/knowledge (particularly SAP)
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Good numerical and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
- Proven track record in successful stakeholder management and working at pace
- Resilient, energetic and enthusiastic, able to deliver under pressure whilst embracing new challenges within a complex, highly demanding environment.
