We are working with a well-established organisation to recruit a Senior Office Coordinator to join their Glasgow office. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a varied and hands-on role within a supportive and collaborative environment.

You will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day running of the business, working across multiple areas including administration, office support, internal communications, and team engagement. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys being involved, taking ownership, and making a real difference behind the scenes.

The Role
You will support the Corporate Services team in delivering a wide range of activities that keep the organisation running efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating day-to-day administrative activities and supporting team reporting.
  • Organising meetings, tracking actions, and maintaining key documentation.
  • Supporting office operations including inductions, facilities, and general support.
  • Assisting with internal communications, events, and digital content.
  • Coordinating social events, charity initiatives, and wellbeing activities.
  • Supporting business continuity processes and key operational projects.
  • Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in an administrative role within a professional environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident communication skills across different teams and stakeholders.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
