Senior Associate – Private Client

A respected law firm within a long-established international professional services group seeks a Senior Associate for its Private Client team. The firm blends decades of expertise with a focus on long-term, trusted relationships.
The role involves probate and estate administration, alongside a diverse caseload including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.

Key Experience:

• Managing complex, high-value estates, including intestacy and business assets
• Advising high-net-worth individuals and business owners, with some Court of Protection or capacity-related work

This role is based in Manchester or Liverpool, with a preference for at least one day weekly in Manchester.

Responsibilities:

• Lead on complex probate and estate work, including intestate and high-value matters
• Advise on wills, trusts, and powers of attorney for affluent clients and business owners
• Mentor junior staff and support team development
• Help grow the department through client relationships and business development
