We’re working with a specialist precision engineering manufacturer supplying products to customers worldwide. Known for their technical expertise and high standards, they are now looking to appoint a Quality Engineer to strengthen their team in East Kilbride.
– 4 DAY WORKING WEEK (Mon-Thur)
The Role Reporting to the QHSE Manager, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving quality, environmental, and safety standards across the business.

– 4 DAY WORKING WEEK (Mon-Thur)
The Role Reporting to the QHSE Manager, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving quality, environmental, and safety standards across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
- Developing and implementing robust quality standards.
- Investigating issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Managing customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution.
- Conducting internal and external audits.
- Collaborating with suppliers to resolve concerns and drive improvements.
- Preparing quality reports and maintaining documentation.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
- HNC in Quality or Process Engineering is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
- Skilled in quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis, 8D, FMEA, DMAIC, etc.
- Able to interpret engineering drawings.
- Proficient in MS Office and IT systems.
- Salary: Negotiable (DOE)
- 4-day working week (Mon–Thurs, 37.5 hrs)
