We’re seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement activities across goods and services within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, tendering, supplier negotiations, contract award, and contract management.
- Ensure compliance with public sector procurement regulations and internal governance requirements.
- Lead commercial evaluations, delivering value for money and mitigating commercial risk.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide expert procurement advice.
- Manage supplier performance, contract renewals, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, and contract management.
- Knowledge of public sector procurement regulations, including Procurement Act 2023 and/or PCR 2015.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using procurement, P2P, and eTendering systems.
- MCIPS qualification desirable.
