PR and Communications Manager

Do you excel at crafting compelling narratives and executing strategic campaigns that elevate a company’s image and reputation? If so, we are seeking a talented and experienced Communications and PR Specialist to join growing team. Advantage Resourcing has partnered with a leading UK wide franchise business working in the healthcare sector and is looking for a PR and Communications Manager to work with a very rewarding and award winning business.

Key areas of the role:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communications and PR strategies aligned with company goals
  • Create, manage, and approve a variety of engaging content
  • Cultivate strong relationships with media outlets, franchisees, partners, and stakeholders
  • Enhance brand visibility through favourable media presence
  • Develop and maintain key messages for internal projects and media engagements
  • Manage online reviews and ensure brand consistency across platforms
  • Stay abreast of industry news and government reforms to inform strategic decisions
  • Craft persuasive award entries and manage social media presence for executives
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners for project success
  • Handle media inquiries, schedule interviews, and provide coaching for spokespersons
  • Implement crisis communication plans when necessary
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of communications campaigns
  • Design and deliver training sessions for franchise network members
  • Proofread and finalise internal and external communications materials
  • Support internal communications initiatives and manage change management processes
  • Manage communications and PR budgets and resources
  • Oversee the growth and development of the offline marketing team

The business is in North Liverpool, commutable from Liverpool Centre, Crosby, Formby and other areas of the North West with a dedicated Railway station and access to free parking also.
