We are currently working with a highly respected professional services firm to recruit a PA to join their Edinburgh office. This role will support senior stakeholders within a busy department, providing proactive and high-level administrative support while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the team.

The Role
The successful candidate will provide proactive PA and administrative support, ensuring senior stakeholders are fully supported across a range of operational and client-focused activities.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing complex diaries, meetings, and scheduling
• Coordinating travel arrangements and associated logistics
• Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Managing inboxes, prioritising communications, and drafting responses where appropriate
• Preparing meeting packs, documents, and correspondence
• Supporting onboarding and administration processes
• Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and documentation
• Assisting with billing, reporting, and financial administration
• Coordinating meetings, hospitality, and team events
• Supporting wider business development and client engagement activity
• Providing administrative support across the wider team when required
Essential Skills & Experience
• Previous experience within a PA or Executive Assistant.
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
• High level of discretion and professionalism
