The Role
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the onboarding of new clients and ensuring a smooth transition into the conveyancing process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with clients to obtain Anti-Money Laundering (AML) documentation and managing the allocation of new business instructions.
- Ensuring all transactions are promptly assigned to the appropriate conveyancing team member.
- Liaising with introducers to keep them informed of allocation progress and relevant case handlers.
- Maintaining accurate client records and organising all associated documentation using the in-house case management system.
- Providing regular reporting to the New Business Management team on case figures and allocation metrics.
- Collaborating with the conveyancing team to manage workloads evenly across the department.
Essential skills & experience:
- Prior experience in an administrative role, ideally within property, legal, or professional services.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and confidence communicating via phone and email.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be confident making informed decisions and providing regular updates to clients.
- Take pride in accuracy and attention to detail in both written and verbal work.
- Thrive in a team environment and contribute to shared business objectives.
