Our client, a highly respected and growing legal firm based in Glasgow, is looking to appoint a Legal Administrator to join their Onboarding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to take on a key role within a fast-paced legal environment.

The Role
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the onboarding of new clients and ensuring a smooth transition into the conveyancing process.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Engaging with clients to obtain Anti-Money Laundering (AML) documentation and managing the allocation of new business instructions.
  • Ensuring all transactions are promptly assigned to the appropriate conveyancing team member.
  • Liaising with introducers to keep them informed of allocation progress and relevant case handlers.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and organising all associated documentation using the in-house case management system.
  • Providing regular reporting to the New Business Management team on case figures and allocation metrics.
  • Collaborating with the conveyancing team to manage workloads evenly across the department.

Essential skills & experience:
  • Prior experience in an administrative role, ideally within property, legal, or professional services.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and confidence communicating via phone and email.
