My client is a manufacturing business with state of the art processes and products. Due to year on year growth an exciting opportunity has been identified for an experienced HR Manager to join the Senior Leadership team to provide a people focus.
You will be responsible for a small, hardworking team who are really capable and bags of potential. You will report into the CEO and have ownership of the people and talent strategy covering all levels of colleague from apprentice to Board.
There are existing processes and procedures, but the review by an experienced professional committed to continuous development.
