Field Service Engineer
Certain Advantage are hiring for a Field Service Engineer based in Maidenhead.
This role is on a permanent basis. There will be regular travel to client sites across the UK.

The individual:
- Diligent and logical approach to working with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer focused approach and commitment to service delivery
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bring an in-depth knowledge of Windows technologies such as Windows Server and Desktop operating systems
- Strong networking capabilities (DNS, Routing, switching etc.)
- Installation, testing and troubleshooting of CAT6 cabling
- Installation, testing and troubleshooting of fiber
- Installation of conferencing systems
- Installation of POS
- Experience with Meraki / Draytek / Sophos firewalls
