Senior Quantity Surveyor CSA

We are seeking a CSA Quantity Surveyor to take full ownership of the Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) packages on some of the most technologically advanced projects in the industry.
The Role
As our CSA specialist, you will manage the commercial delivery of vital packages, acting as the bridge between site teams and senior management. From procurement through to final account, you will be the commercial driving force ensuring financial control, contractual compliance, and value optimisation across the entire project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CSA packages from initial procurement to final account.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate packages, including scope definition and rigorous pricing analysis.
- Track subcontractor performance against budget and programme milestones.
- Assess interim valuations, variations, and final accounts while managing change control procedures.
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and financial updates for senior leadership.
- Liaise with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure accurate cost capture and site reporting.
About You
You are a detail-oriented negotiator who thrives under the pressure of large-scale delivery. You have a methodical approach to numbers and a deep understanding of construction contracts.
Your Experience: Education:
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience managing CSA packages on data centre or mission-critical projects is highly desirable.
- 3–5 years of experience as a QS on large-scale construction projects.
- Expert in subcontract procurement, valuations, variation management, and MS Excel.
