What Youâll Be Doing:
- Leading a team of property lawyers, ensuring efficient, high-quality service delivery
- Coaching and mentoring team members to support their development and performance
- Managing workload distribution, productivity, and compliance with service standards
- Overseeing performance reviews, personal development plans, and regular one-to-ones
- Handling early-stage client queries or complaints in line with internal processes
- Collaborating with other managers to drive continuous improvement
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and third parties to maintain strong working relationships
- Participating in salary and budget reviews alongside senior leadership
- Ensuring adherence to internal policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements
- Significant experience in residential conveyancing
- Proven ability to lead and manage a legal team
- Strong people skills with a focus on development and performance management
- A proactive, organised approach and attention to detail
- Confident decision-maker with excellent communication skills
