Our client, a well-established insights and research agency based in central Glasgow, is seeking an enthusiastic Client Services Co-ordinator to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities
As Client Services Co-ordinator , you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of client research projects. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Participant Recruitment: Sourcing and recruiting suitable individuals to take part in paid research focus groups and interviews.
  • Client Liaison: Working closely with clients to understand their project briefs and ensure the right participants are selected for each study.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and participants to ensure a professional and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
  • Project Coordination: Supporting wider team goals, assisting on special projects, and contributing to database development and improvement initiatives.
About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring energy, organisation, and a people-first mindset. This role would suit a recent graduate or someone from a customer-facing background who’s ready to take the next step in their career.
Essential skills and attributes include:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Numerate, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.
  • Friendly, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • A true team player who enjoys collaborating and contributing to shared success.
