The Role:
This role is for a dynamic People Specialist or HR Business Partner—someone experienced in job evaluation, and ready to make an impact.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Writing, reviewing, and evaluating job descriptions aligned to frameworks like Agenda for Change and GDaD
- Ensuring consistent tone, structure, and clarity across all job documentation
- Working closely with line managers, subject matter experts and stakeholders across the organisation
- Embedding inclusive language and aligning with EDI and legal standards
- Supporting the rollout of digital tools (including AI-enhanced processes) to improve efficiency
- Managing documentation governance including version control and library maintenance
About You:
You’ll bring a background in HR, People, or L&D with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of job content design.
You’ll need:
- CIPD qualification and membership
- Strong writing and reviewing skills with a focus on clarity and inclusive language
- Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital content tools
- Experience of job evaluation frameworks is highly desirable
- Knowledge of Agenda for Change, GDaD, or public sector HR practices
