Aftersales Executives
Certain Advantage is hiring for Aftersales Executives based in Macclesfield This is an immediate temp role for approximately 2 months could be longer, possibly temp to perm.

The Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Aftersales Executive to join their existing Aftersales team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong organisational and communication skills this is the perfect temp to perm role for you!
Key Responsibilities
£12.98 an hour. £30,387, OTE £45,000
Shifts are working 45 hours a week over 5 days. The client is open 7.30am-6.30pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries regarding aftersales services and support
- Schedule and manage service appointments while maintaining optimal customer communication
- Collaborate with service and technical teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Provide customers with updates and resolutions regarding their service experiences
- Promote aftersales products and services to enhance customer satisfaction
- Contribute to achieving aftersales performance targets

The Individual
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
- Previous experience in an aftersales or customer service role in the automotive industry
- Previous Keyloop experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational capabilities with attention to detail
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- A valid driver’s licence is essential
