Matt became Managing Director of Tatton Recruitment Group, parent company of Certain Advantage, following a management buyout in 2025, having joined the business two years earlier as Finance Director.
He brings the commercial acumen, strategic focus and leadership needed to drive ambitious growth.
With a career spanning private equity, corporate finance and senior positions in major retail and e-commerce businesses, Matt knows how to deliver results while building strong, high-performing teams.
Matt chose to join Tatton Recruitment Group to be part of a company’s ‘journey’ and use his previous experience to help deliver truly exceptional growth through transformation, best practice and positive leadership.
When not at work, Matt’s committed to his marathon training, balanced nicely with his other passion for eating out around Manchester’s foodie hot spots.
