Andrew stepped into the role of Finance Director in 2025 as part of the management buyout that set the course for the next phase of growth.
With over 30 years’ financial leadership experience, he ensures the business has the insight, control and agility to make the right commercial decisions. His focus: enabling the organisation to perform at its best through strong financial strategy and collaboration.
Within Tatton Recruitment Group he oversees all aspects of our finance team – including payroll, credit control, financial analysis and compliance. He has a strong team to support him in his role and is keen to develop further the internal relationships finance has with the wider business.
Living locally, Andrew insists on walking to the office daily to get his step count in (even though we did offer him a parking space)!
He’s proud to have held his season ticket for Manchester United for over 30 years (although some don’t agree it’s anything to be proud of).
