Biography
Adrian leads Certain Advantage. He brings more than 25 years’ experience across recruitment, workforce solutions, business development and commercial leadership.Before joining Certain Advantage in 2026, Adrian was Director – Business Growth at Clarity Outsourcing Group, and he previously held senior roles at Guidant Global and GRI.
Throughout his career he has focused on building high-performing teams and growing businesses in a sustainable way. Adrian has a strong personal connection to engineering and energy. His family has worked on global projects, and he has spent much of his career in Oil & Gas, building new business across a range of disciplines.
Today he leads a team that specialises in Defence, Aerospace, Infrastructure, Energy & Nuclear, General Manufacturing and IT. Outside work, Adrian enjoys travelling and time with family and friends. He’s a keen sports fan and has played both rugby and cricket
