Chris became Operations Director of Tatton Recruitment Group in 2025 after playing a key role in the management buyout.
He now leads operational strategy across Certain Advantage, ensuring the right structures, processes and technology are in place to give our clients a competitive edge. His 20+ years’ experience in IT, finance and operations allows him to turn complex challenges into clear, measurable outcomes.
Bringing a huge amount of knowledge and experience having worked in both B2B and B2C markets within Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and E-Commerce sectors, Chris leads strategic projects and transformation across Certain Advantage and Crone Corkill.
When he’s not at work, Chris is a keen gamer, motorsport fan, and family man to his wife and two kids. Those close to him will know he also played in a brass band for 15 years and competed at the National Finals of Great Britain on three occasions!
