The Role:
This role is for a R&T Wing Design Integrator —someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You’ll be results-orientated and driven to succeed.
You’ll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:
- Technical design solutions, studies and investigations in line with airworthiness requirements, covering the full lifecycle from concept to in-service support.
- Design leadership to internal and external teams.
- Continuous improvement and lean engineering initiatives to enhance team efficiency, ‘Right First Time’ delivery and lead time reduction.
We’re looking for people who can show:
- Aerospace design background
- Installation/ integration design
- Research & Testing
- Aerospace systems or structures, Composite
- Hourly rate of £42ph
- Flexible working
- Training and Development
