Supply Chain Planner (Data & Analytics Focused)
Certain Advantage is hiring for a Supply Chain Planner based in Leeds for a global leader in power solutions, supporting customers across a wide range of industries.
This role is on a fixed-term contract basis till February 2027 (with a strong likelihood of extension) and is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite. The position is full-time, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role
This role is for a motivated Supply Chain Planner who enjoys working with data and driving operational improvements.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Planning and maintaining daily supply chain operations across key functional areas.
- Analysing planning data and KPIs to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitoring and optimising planning system parameters to improve supply chain performance.
- Executing daily operational planning activities within your assigned area.
- Identifying potential supply chain risks and supporting mitigation plans.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver short-term operational improvements.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and participating in process improvement projects.
The Individual
- Strong analytical skills with experience processing and interpreting data.
- A good understanding of supply chain principles, ideally gained in manufacturing, logistics or a related environment.
- A degree (BSc or BA) or equivalent experience within Supply Chain or a similar analytical discipline.
- Experience working with supplier performance management would be advantageous.
- The ability to work collaboratively with data and planning teams to improve planning outcomes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
