Certain Advantage is hiring for an R&D Engineering Manager based in the Warwickshire area.
This role is on a contract basis and is site-based.

The Role:
This role is for an R&D Engineering Manager —someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You’ll be results-oriented and driven to succeed.
You’ll be leading a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:
  • Responsible for improving or developing new products, components, equipment, systems, technologies, or processes
  • Assisting with formulating business plans and budgets for product development
  • Analysing quality/safety test results
  • Keeping abreast of new developments in the industry and translating those developments into new and viable options for the organisation and customers
  • Organising technical presentations to customers and/or industry groups
The Individual
We’re looking for people who can show:
  • Automotive background
  • Working knowledge of the management of the R&D department
