The Role:
This role is for an Assistant Production Manager working on night shifts—someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You’ll be results-oriented and driven to succeed.
You’ll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:
- Record near misses, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions
- Work with the Nightshift Manager to set and achieve targets and support the overall running of the shop floor during the shift.
- Oversee key production processes across all stages.
- Assess ways to improve and develop the nightshift staff
