Certain Advantage is partnering with an automotive manufacturer to recruit an experienced Supervisor. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of their area within the production lines, managing a team of employees to achieve departmental goals efficient production and safety practices.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, implementation, optimisation and delivery of production contracts.
• Setting and delivering production targets using time and motion studies to improve labour efficiency and output.
• Supervise, train and mentor a team of up to 25 employees.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback in order to maintain targets.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

 
Your Background:

• Experience of working within lean operating frameworks.
• Effective communication skills and structured approach to record keeping.
• The ability to work well within a team environment as well as individually.
• IT skills including the use of tablets/computer software is essential.
• Organised, proactive and self-motivated individual.
• Ability to ensure production output target and quality is maintained.
