Certain Advantage is partnering with an automotive manufacturer to recruit experienced Paint Sprayers. This role focuses on preparing and finishing commercial vehicles and components to top-quality standards while supporting efficient production and safety practices.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, prime, and spray vehicle bodies, chassis, and component parts to a high standard of finish.
• Use single-pack and two-pack paints in line with manufacturer and safety requirements.
• Meet production schedules by working effectively alone or with others.
• Follow instructions and maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area.
• Handle materials responsibly to minimise waste.
• Support a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Take on additional duties when required, with suitable training provided.

 
Your Background:

• Experience in preparing and spraying vehicles, ideally in the commercial vehicle sector.
• Knowledge of both single-pack and two-pack paint systems.
• Track record of meeting production and quality targets.
• Hands-on, organised, and focused on precision and efficiency.
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude toward problem solving.
