Supply Chain Planner (12-Month Maternity Cover)
Daventry, UK (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week
Contract: Fixed-term – 12 months

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Planner to join our clients team at the UK Logistics Center in Daventry as maternity cover. This is a fantastic opportunity to support our Global Planning and Logistics function in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

As Supply Chain Planner, you’ll play a key role in site-level planning activities, coordinating with global stakeholders to ensure timely execution across materials planning, production scheduling, inventory optimization, and returns management. You’ll act as the go-to liaison between site operations and supply chain services to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage materials planning interface with UK Logistics Center Operations
  • Oversee kitting and production scheduling for aftermarket support
  • Coordinate supplier and customer returns across EMEA
  • Support advanced shipping notifications and inbound operations
  • Lead internal escalations and support transportation/logistics issues
  • Prioritize HazMat, receiving, and other critical site coordination activities
  • Support site-level inventory optimization and supply chain KPIs

What We’re Looking For
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a supply chain planning role (internship or above)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Experience with planning systems and tools (e.g., Excel, BI dashboards, MRP systems)
