Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare complex financial analyses and reports to support departmental and management decision-making.
- Develop and maintain annual budgets, expense forecasts, staffing plans, and statistical reports in collaboration with assigned business units.
- Perform variance analysis and cost analysis to explain financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support month-end book closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses, reports, and special studies as requested by management.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, procedures, and reporting standards.
The individual:
- Holds a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is desirable.
- Brings at least 3 years of experience in financial analysis within a production or manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrates strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
- Possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Adopts a structured and methodical approach to work, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Communicates clearly and collaborates well across teams and functions.
