Quality Administrator

We’re working with a specialist precision engineering manufacturer supplying products to customers worldwide. They are now seeking a QHSE Administrator to join their team in East Kilbride. This is a great opportunity for someone with quality or HSE administration experience to develop their career within a supportive and technical environment.
– 4 DAY WORKING WEEK (Mon-Thur)
The Role Reporting to the QHSE Manager, you’ll play an important role in supporting the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental systems, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives.

The Role Reporting to the QHSE Manager, you’ll play an important role in supporting the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental systems, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and updating quality documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and inspection records.
- Assisting with internal and external audits, supporting corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Supporting the implementation and monitoring of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
- Tracking and reporting on quality metrics such as nonconformance, audit findings, and complaints.
- Collaborating with production and QA teams to ensure procedures are followed.
- Managing document control systems and ensuring version control of QMS documents.
- Assisting with root cause analysis and improvement projects.
- Experience in a quality or QHSE administrative role within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality assurance principles.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 would be an advantage.
- Salary: Negotiable (DOE)
- 4-day working week (Mon–Thurs, 37.5 hrs)
