Conveyancing Administrator
 
Location: Blackburn

Certain Advantage are looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor.  Working under the guidance of the Head of Department, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters while ensuring the delivery of an exceptional client service.”
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional client service by maintaining clear communication, providing timely updates, and managing client matters proactively.
  • Ensure personal and team compliance with professional conduct rules, regulatory requirements, and internal policies and procedures.
  • Manage the financial aspects of client files effectively, including accurate billing and working within agreed parameters on write-offs.
  • Consistently achieve financial targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the team.
  • Actively participate in business development initiatives to drive caseload growth and strengthen the firm’s market presence.
  • Convert incoming enquiries into new instructions, both individually and as part of the team.
  • Promote the firm’s services to existing clients through cross-selling opportunities and proactive relationship management.
  •  Ensure effective use of the firm’s practice and case management systems, as well as other technologies that support operational efficiency.
  •  Maintain accurate and reliable data for all client, matter, and contact records within the team.
 
£30,000-£35,000 – 3-5 years PQE
£36,800-£47,000 – 6-10 YEARS PQE
