The Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Service Retention Specialist to join their existing complaints team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong organisational and communication skills this is the perfect temp to perm role for you!
Key Responsibilities
£12.24 an hour plus bonus (£25,467, OTE £35,000) Shifts are working 8.00am-5.00pm and 9.00am-6.00pm on a rotational basis and 1 in 5 Saturdays 9am-1.00pm (40 hours a week)

Key Responsibilities
- Complaint Logging
- Accurately log all customer complaints and concerns ensuring escalation
- Follow up and resolution as needed.
- Handling and organising complaint information through different channels and systems.
- Actively follow up any complaints to ensure timely and efficient resolution.

The Individual
- Previous experience in customer service ideally within a contact centre environment
- Excellent communications Skills – verbal and written
- Customer first approach
- Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities,
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience handling objections and turning dissatisfied customers into loyal ones
- Empathetic
- Persuasive and results driven,
- Conflict resolution/negotiation,
- Attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software
